Availability and the specific services included in your appointment will be confirmed in your written inspection agreement. Website descriptions do not add services to that agreement.
Inspection fees depend on the property and services requested. Your quoted price and any applicable additional fees will be disclosed before you authorize the work.

Submitting an inspection request does not guarantee a particular date or time. We will confirm appointment availability and scheduling details.
Weather, unsafe conditions, access restrictions, or equipment issues may require rescheduling or limit portions of the inspection. We will communicate any material changes to your appointment.
You are responsible for arranging authorized access to the property and coordinating with the owner, occupant, or real estate representative as needed.
Please provide accurate access instructions, gate codes, and relevant property information. Utilities should be available where needed for the agreed inspection. Restricted access or unavailable utilities may limit what can be evaluated.
A home inspection evaluates accessible components and observable conditions within the agreed scope at the time of the visit.
An inspection cannot identify every concealed defect, predict future failures, or guarantee that a property is free of problems. Inaccessible areas and conditions that cannot be safely evaluated will be documented as appropriate.
Specialized testing and services are included only when expressly agreed in writing.
Drones, thermal imaging, moisture detection tools, photography, and digital reporting may be used when appropriate.
Their use depends on the inspection scope, weather, site conditions, safe access, and applicable operating restrictions. Thermal imaging and drone observations have limitations and do not guarantee detection of all defects or concealed conditions.
Inspection reports describe observations made during the inspection and may recommend further evaluation by qualified specialists.
An inspection report is not a warranty, insurance policy, or guarantee of a property’s future condition. Report delivery expectations will be communicated during booking.
The responsibilities of Parallax AZ and the client, along with any applicable limitations of liability, are addressed in the written inspection agreement, subject to applicable law.
If these website terms conflict with that agreement concerning inspection services, the written inspection agreement controls. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
